Dr. Li is a cross-disciplinary biopharma strategist with a global background spanning drug R&D, early-stage venture investment, and business development. She combines deep scientific expertise with commercial and strategic acumen to help organizations advance innovation, build partnerships, and accelerate growth.
Her experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania and R&D at GlaxoSmithKline, where she gained hands-on expertise in drug discovery, IND-enabling studies, and biomarker development. Transitioning into early-stage biotech investment and BD, Dr. Li has evaluated emerging technologies, supported fundraising and licensing strategies, and sourced partnerships for startups across oncology, immunology, and next-generation therapeutic modalities.
